Professional experience with emphasis on end-to-end business management, supporting corporate change through the demonstration of analytical and communication skills.Assist in the development of comprehensive business cases with cost, service, and benefit dimensions for projects and corporate change.Lead and support POCs (proof of concept) and prototyping initiatives.Present where required to Senior Managers, Change Steering proposals, and recommendations.Research and review emerging or available technology against business needs and make recommendations and proposals in the BRD and Impact Assessments.Monitor and document post-implementation reviews, problems, and revision requests.Assist and support stakeholders to develop realistic Test plans to enable sign-off against critical success factors.

Act throughout the Software development process to ensure requirements match the current business needs and are accurately reflected in the system implementation.Provide ad-hoc support to the teams to include organising, scheduling, facilitating project meetings, assisting with scope definition, issue tracking/resolution and participation during design phase.Identify dependencies between business processes and technology needs and consider opportunities and potential risks attached to these needs and the recommendations you make.Collaborate with functions to build library of process documentation for all Business and IT functions.Work with business teams to review, analyse, and evaluate their business processes and system needs and translate these into requirements (Scenarios, Use-Cases and/or Functional specifications).Consult with business stakeholders to identify and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures and recommended areas of improvement or change.Facilitate, gather, document, and manage requirements throughout the process-change cycle.Identify and document functional requirements Lead discovery and analysis activities to develop new or modified process requirements.Build relationships to facilitate excellent communications between all business functions, run individual requirements gathering workings and group sessions.You will look to continually strive to improve business change and reduce down time, wastage through rework, re-testing and change defects that occur following implementation. You will strive for excellence and to ensure business change is delivered on time, IT Development team build to robust requirements and specifications. You will gather and fully scope all requirements across our end-to-end business and covering all customer and client journeys, producing detailed Business Requirements Documents and specifications, Impact Assessments, estimated timelines, updated process maps, financial forecasts, summary recommendations, opportunities, and options. As a critical enabler you’ll fully scope end to end requirements with all key stakeholders, business functions and business partners. As a Business Analyst you will have significant impact on our company’s growth and success, by taking responsibility for excellent scoping of new change requests and project initiation documents.
